By accessing or using SecurityRating.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Do not use the service to attack systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test. Free scans are passive and non-intrusive by design.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The service, including all software, content, ratings and reports, remains our property. You retain rights to data you submit.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days written notice. We may suspend the service immediately for security or legal reasons.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of London.
